A service message about a chat wallpaper.

Parameters:¶

• wallpaper (types.Wallpaper) – The chat wallpaper.

• is_same (bool, optional) – True, if the chat wallpaper is the same as the previous one.

• is_both (bool, optional) – True, if the chat wallpaper is for both side.
